ScrapBook is a note-taking application for Palm OS featuring nested folders, versatile search capabilities, and encryption. ScrapBook can exchange notes with the standard Memo Pad application. You can assign a list of keywords to a note, and perform a fast keyword search for one or more keywords (or title words), then browse the note(s) which matched the search. The message texts of the notes can also be searched.
